I would like to nominate PMI Computer Supplies as one of the Most Reliable St. Louis Companies. Our firm has used the services of PMI Computer Supplies for several years and will continue to do so. I know if we need something special, in a rush, or have questions related to products, my representative will always provide excellent service. I place my order one day and it is delivered the next – what great customer service.
One last thing and I should have mentioned it first. The customer is assigned a specific sales rep to contact, and unlike the big box companies where you are on hold forever and never talk to the same sales rep twice, I always talk to the same rep, and it is very easy to reach him. There is something to be said for small businesses, it’s where the customer counts first.
