Returns
PMI appreciates your business and understands that returns are an inconvenience. Every effort will be made to process your return quickly and accurately. Products are usually returnable within 30 days from the shipment date. The following policies and guidelines are subject to change without notice.
All Returns:
- Contact PMI to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping product back to PMI.
- Do not write on the outside of the manufacturer’s box in any way.
- Do not apply labels of any kind directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
- Package and protect all returns in an outer shipping carton to prevent damage in transit.
- Use the packing list provided containing the RA number on the exterior of the shipping carton being returned.

- Products are usually returnable within 30 days from shipment date.
- All overstock products must be in 100% resalable condition; sealed, clean, and returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- If product is returned due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee (minimum).
- Custom orders are not returnable.
- Any products returned without authorization shall, at our discretion, be returned to you at your expense, be processed for credit less a 15% restocking fee, or no credit will be issued.

- Products are usually returnable within 30 days from shipment date.
- Return privileges vary by manufacturer. Some products may be required to be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair due to the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
- Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging and must include all components (such as manuals, cables, etc.).
- Defective returns will be tested by the manufacturer before credit is issued. Any products found to be free of defects will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
